Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak holiday seasons.
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees due to incorrect address information will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with carrier information if needed.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier directly regarding delivery delays.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed. Because orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, cancellation requests made after processing begins may not be approved.
